If you've left things a little last minute, we're here to save you with the perfect gift of a Mystery Football Shirt Gift Card.
We'll send a digital gift card directly to your email inbox, so you've got everything covered. After all, sometimes it really is better to let them choose their own surprise.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of the order being placed. If you have selected DPD Express or Tracked 24 and ordered before 1pm, your order will ship same working day. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders that are placed on a weekend will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest. Please only contact us if your order has not been dispatched within 2 working days of you placing the order.
Our dispatch periods are subject to change during periods of high volumes of orders. Information on temporary dispatch period changes or delays will be available on the Delivery Policy. Please check your order confirmation - this will confirm the current dispatch period for you order.
UK Delivery
We offer three UK Delivery options via Royal Mail and DPD:
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (£3.99) usually arrives within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched when selecting standard delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£5.99) arrives within 1-2 working days from dispatch. If ordered before 1pm, your order will be dispatched on the same working day.
DPD Express (£6.99) arrives within 1 working day from dispatch. With this delivery method, you will receive a one hour time slot on the delivery date. If ordered before 1pm, your order will be dispatched on the same working day.
Christmas Returns Period
Ordering a Christmas gift? If your order is placed from 1st October 2025, you will be able to request a return for your order up until 14th January 2026. Usual return policy applies. If you have any questions regarding our Christmas Returns Period, please email us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk.
If you have ordered a shirt which doesn’t fit when you receive it and you’d like to exchange for a different size, please email us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk so that we can assist you. You will need to provide us with your order number in order for us to assist you. Please be aware size exchanges will only be accepted if the original tags are attached. As well as this, we can not always guarantee you the same Mystery Shirt, as the shirts we have in stock vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange returns outside of the UK.
Please do not send back items without authorisation, as you will need to be provided with the correct Returns Address and details.

1. Chest
Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
2. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
3. Low hip
With your feet together measure around the fullest part of your hips/rear.
