2023/24 Mystery Football Shirt Box - Purchasing this box guarantees that you will receive a mystery football shirt from the current season. It is therefore priced slightly higher than our standard Mystery Football Shirt Box. The shirt will still be from any club, in any league, in any country, but will definitely be a current season shirt.
Kids Mystery Football Shirt Box - Offering the same selection of shirts as our standard mystery shirt box, but in kids sizes 4 years to 15 years. Some Kids Mystery Shirt Boxes may also include free matching shorts/socks if the shirt is sourced as part of a full kit.
National Mystery Football Shirt Box - Choose this box to receive a random football shirt from a national team, from any year or major tournament, and from any country in the world.

You can let us know which teams or designs you would like to avoid in the comment box at the checkout, but we ask that you don't request for specific shirts to be included in your mystery shirt box. Doing so would defeat the whole purpose of ordering a mystery box in the first place!

We make a note of which shirts have already been sent out to our subscribers to ensure that you don't get any repeats - just new designs each month to keep your collection growing!
Yes, MysteryFootball is proud to offer worldwide delivery options. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day that the order is placed, but a recent surge in orders means it could take up to 3 days for your order to leave our warehouse.
Once shipped, international customers can expect to receive their mystery football shirts within 7-10 working days. Please note that this time frame is only an estimate, and your parcel may take longer to arrive if the courier experiences delays (which unfortunately is out of our control).
We now offer express shipping to the US, which means you should receive your order within 48 hours.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk or via the contact form. Please make sure to include your order number, let us know the reason for return, and tell us the size you'd like to exchange for.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our mystery shirt box, we can only accept returns for a different size, rather than wanting to change for a different shirt. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
