- Place your order - If there are specific shirts or teams you don’t want to receive (for example, if you already own them), you can let us know in the comment box at checkout.
- Receive your mystery shirt - Your shirt could be from any team, in any league worldwide, but it’s guaranteed to be a rare design that you won’t find elsewhere.
We have a huge collection of shirts you could score, including ones from clubs and national teams around the world. From huge international teams to smaller local clubs, you never know what you might get, and that’s all part of the fun!

When you join our football shirt subscription, you will receive a mystery football shirt box delivered straight to your door each month. To keep building your unique football shirt collection, select the 'subscribe and save' option before adding the mystery shirt box to your cart.
Each month, you will get a new and exclusive mystery football shirt for a fraction of the regular price.
We keep track of which shirts have already been sent to subscribers, so you will not receive any repeats, only new designs to keep your collection growing.

UK:
- Standard delivery: 2-3 working days
- Tracked 24: 1-2 working days
- DPD Express: 1 working day
Republic of Ireland:
- DPD Express 2 Day: 2 working days
International:
- DHL Express: 1-3 working days, depending on destination
- DHL Globalmail: 3-6 working days (Europe) or 6-15 working days (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Rest of the World)

Sizes, Exchanges & Returns
We recommend sizing up, no matter which football box you choose, as sizing can vary between manufacturers.
Yes! If you request an exchange, you’ll be notified when your return is processed and when your new item is dispatched. If the item isn’t in stock, you’ll receive a store credit via email instead.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk or use our contact form. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and the size you would like to exchange for.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our mystery shirt boxes, returns can only be accepted for a different size, not for a different shirt. Any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You cannot swap your shirt for a different team once it has been received. However, during the order process, you can specify any teams you want to avoid, and we will do our best to ensure you do not receive them. Remember, our boxes are a mystery, and that’s all part of the fun!
