Delivery Notice - Black Friday

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. For orders placed from Tuesday 21st November, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Estimated delivery time frames do not include dispatch times. Please only contact us if your order has not been dispatched within 5 working days. Our team are working as hard as possible to get your orders sent out ASAP. Thank you for your support and understanding. 

Dispatch Periods and Delivery Times 

We usually aim to dispatch orders within 48 working hours of the order being placed, however there is currently a 5 working day lead time for orders to be dispatched due to high volumes of orders. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders that are placed on a weekend will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest. Please only contact us if your order has not been dispatched within 5 working days of you placing the order. 

UK Delivery

We offer three UK Delivery options via Royal Mail and DPD: 

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.99) usually arrives within 2-3 working days* from dispatch. 

Express Delivery - DPD Next Day (£5.99) arrives within 1 working day* from dispatch. With this delivery method, you will receive a one hour time slot on the delivery date. If ordered before 12pm, your order will be dispatched on the same working day.

DPD Pickup (£3.99) - delivery to the nearest DPD Pickup point of your choice. With this delivery method, your order will arrive at your nominated Pickup point within 1 working day from dispatch. You will receive communication from DPD when your order is ready to collect. 

International Delivery

We offer two International Delivery options via DHL:

DHL Express

DHL Express delivers Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

DHL Globalmail

DHL Globalmail delivers Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Parcels sent via Globalmail will be transported from our warehouse via DHL Express to Deutsche Post International Mail Centre in Germany. Tracking will only become available once your parcel reaches Germany, so please allow up to 3 working days from dispatch for tracking to update. Your parcel will then be sent through Germany's postal system and forwarded to the destination country, where your parcel will be delivered by your national postal service. This service is an economy service, so delivery may take longer than expected.

Australia and New Zealand

Unfortunately, DHL Globalmail is currently unavailable in Australia and New Zealand. Orders placed to these destinations that have selected Standard International Delivery rather than DHL Express will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Prices start from £12.99 and the delivery aim from dispatch is 7 working days. 

DPD Standard International

International orders placed before 31st March 2023 would have selected DPD Standard International as their shipping method. Existing subscription customers may also have selected this service. This has a delivery aim of 2-17 working days, however we are experiencing delays with this service. This service is no longer available to select at check out. 

Duties, Taxes and Returned Parcels

Please be advised that ordering from outside the UK may incur import taxes and duties. It is your responsibility as the customer to make payment for these fees. If you are unsure if you will be liable to pay import fees, we suggest you check your governments policy on importing from the UK before placing your order. 

In the event your order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an address issue, we will offer the choice of redelivery (fees may apply) or a store credit refund. If you choose to refuse your order at customs, we have the right to deduct return delivery costs from your refund where applicable.
