Ordering a Christmas gift? If your order is placed from 1st October 2025, you will be able to request a return for your order up until 14th January 2026. Usual return policy applies. If you have any questions regarding our Christmas Returns Period, please email us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk.
If you have ordered a shirt which doesn’t fit when you receive it and you’d like to exchange for a different size, please email us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk so that we can assist you. You will need to provide us with your order number in order for us to assist you. Please be aware size exchanges will only be accepted if the original tags are attached. As well as this, we can not always guarantee you the same Mystery Shirt, as the shirts we have in stock vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange returns outside of the UK.
Please do not send back items without authorisation, as you will need to be provided with the correct Returns Address and details.

How to measure
1. Chest
Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
2. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
3. Low hip
With your feet together measure around the fullest part of your hips/rear.
