Yes, MysteryFootball is proud to offer worldwide delivery options. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day that the order is placed, but a recent surge in orders means it could take up to 3 days for your order to leave our warehouse.

Once shipped, international customers can expect to receive their mystery football shirts within 7-10 working days. Please note that this time frame is only an estimate, and your parcel may take longer to arrive if the courier experiences delays (which unfortunately is out of our control).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk or via the contact form. Please make sure to include your order number, let us know the reason for the return, and tell us the size you'd like to exchange for.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of our mystery shirt box, we can only accept returns for a different size, rather than wanting to change to a different shirt. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
