We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of the order being placed. If you have selected Tracked 24 and ordered before 1pm, your order will ship same working day. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders that are placed on a weekend will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest. Please only contact us if your order has not been dispatched within 2 working days of you placing the order.
Our dispatch periods are subject to change during periods of high volumes of orders. Information on temporary dispatch period changes or delays will be available on the Delivery Policy. Please check your order confirmation - this will confirm the current dispatch period for you order.
We offer two UK Delivery options via Royal Mail:
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (£3.99) usually arrives within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched when selecting standard delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£5.99) arrives within 1-2 working days from dispatch. If ordered before 1pm, your order will be dispatched on the same working day.
If you have ordered a shirt which doesn’t fit when you receive it and you’d like to exchange for a different size, please email us at support@mysteryfootball.co.uk so that we can assist you. You will need to provide us with your order number in order for us to assist you. Please be aware size exchanges will only be accepted if the original tags are attached. As well as this, we can not always guarantee you the same Mystery Shirt, as the shirts we have in stock vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange returns outside of the UK.
Please do not send back items without authorisation, as you will need to be provided with the correct Returns Address and details.

What's inside a Mystery Football Shirt Box?
Each box contains a 100% authentic, officially licensed football shirt from one of over 50 leagues and 30+ countries worldwide. Every shirt is brand new with tags - you just won't know which one until you open it!
Can I request to avoid certain teams?
Yes, just leave a note in the comment box at checkout with any teams or leagues you'd like us to avoid. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we can't guarantee specific shirts will be included.
Are the shirts genuine?
Absolutely. Every shirt we send is 100% authentic and officially licensed. We source everything brand new in box or brand new with tags - no replicas, ever.
What sizes are available?
We offer sizes from XS through to 3XL for adults, and ages 5-6 up to 13-14 for kids. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up, as cuts vary between manufacturers.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically dispatched same day and arrive within 2-3 working days. If you've ordered before 2pm and selected express shipping your order will be dispatched the same day. US orders are shipped express and usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
We accept exchanges for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order - all you have to do is reach out to support@mysteryfootball.co.uk. Due to the mystery nature of our boxes we can't accept returns simply because you'd prefer a different shirt.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes - subscribe and save 10% on every order, get free delivery after 3 months, and receive early access to new shirts and sales. You can cancel anytime.
